Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Custom or made-to-order items may take longer depending on the design and current workload.

During busy seasons, holidays, or large sales events, processing times may be extended.

We will always do our best to keep you updated on your order status.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the item size and destination.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and delivery location.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been shipped, Rosette Creations LLC is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned and needs to be reshipped.
