At Rosette Creations LLC, we take pride in creating quality handmade items and want our customers to be happy with their purchase.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom-made items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

If there is an issue with your custom item, please contact us directly so we can work together to come to a fair resolution.

Standard Returns

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

A return shipping label can be provided starting at $6.99, which will be paid by the buyer.

Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can make it right.
