- All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you for your convenience.
Delivery Expectations:
- For delivery within the USA, expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days after it has been shipped.
- If you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will be shipped only after the payment has cleared.
Tracking and Communication:
- If you haven't received a tracking number after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam folder.
- If you still cannot locate the tracking number, feel free to email us with your inquiry. We are here to assist you.
Handling Shipment Issues:

- If your shipment is marked as "DELIVERED" on the tracking information, please reach out to your local post office to address any delivery issues. We are unable to correct delivery problems as they are managed solely by UPS or the U.S. Postal Service.
